The AMR-200 Series is a complete product family of contactless smartcard readers. The readers range from a simple short-range reader to a full featured reader complete with backlit LCD and keypad, catering to a wide spectrum of applications. Based on the industry standard MifareTM technology, each AMR-200 reader incorporates the contactless smartcard technology into a single piece construction, weatherproof and easy to mount packaging. The built-in Wiegand communication interface allows straight forward migration from any existing readers into smartcard. The RS485 communication interface option allows full exploitation of the smartcard technology for integration into diverse applications. Being contactless will also greatly enhance user convenience and improve operational performance.
