Answers to some commonly asked questions about the DualPROX^{^{^TM}} Reader:

1. What type of tokens does the DualPROX^{^{^TM}} use?

The DualPROX^{^{^TM}} Reader will read JTi’s cards and tokens as well as PAC’s new 125kHz cards and tokens and the older PAC 153.6kHz tokens and cards.

2. Can the JTi Cards and Tokens work on PAC Readers?

Yes - our ID devices are similar to the new PAC Token and ISO Card for use on their new 125kHz readers.

No - only PAC tokens and cards will work on old 153.6kHz PAC readers.

3. Can I get the Slim Line reader in a different colour?

Yes, the Slim Line is available in white and the Standard reader is available in black. There is a set-up charge and a minimum order quantity required. We can also make custom OEM readers to your own design.

4. Do you have a Vandal Resistant Reader?

Yes the Vandal Resistant reader has just been released (May 2002).

5. Can the Cards have a Site Code and be sequentially numbered?

Yes, all of the new DP2200 readers have the ability to programme our programmable tokens and cards (with the use of the JTI RFID Programmer Software). Cards and tokens can be programmed with a OEM code, Facility Code and a Card Number.
